Vancouver Homestay - We are the Yeoman family!

We are the Yeoman family. I am Lisa and was born in Vancouver. My husband was born in England and moved here twenty five years ago. We are both English Teachers here and have two children: one girl and one boy. They are eight and eleven years old. Our house is a three level home. We accept only female students. Students have the choice of two rooms (depending on availability). The small bedroom is 720.00 per month. The other bedroonm is 750.00 per month. All room prices include three meals a day, seven days a week. Students have a new bathroom with tub and shower and the use of a laundry facility. Also, there is a new kitchen with stove and fridge for students if needed and a small area with cable TV. Also, there is free wireless internet in the house. We prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days of the week. Lunches will be prepared for school days. Dinner is a family meal and we like to eat and talk with our students at this time. Our home is 10 minutes from the Skytrain to Downtown Vancouver, 20 minutes to Metrotown, 10 minutes to Langara College and 35 minutes to UBC. All major bus routes are a half block walk from our house. We heve been hosting students for over five years and enjoy hosting students from around the world.
